Pregnancy Support 

  • 3 prenatal meetings in your home or virtually

  • text/phone support as needed

  • Previous birth story listening (if needed)

  • Birth planning with local options, education into interventions

Birth

  • 24/7 on-call for labor from 38-42 weeks (trusted backup available)

  • Support during your birth

  • 1-2 hours of immediate post birth support. Guidance with breastfeeding, if desired. 

Postpartum Support

  • 1 postpartum meeting in your home (or virtually if desired)

    • Birth story processing

  • Text and phone support as needed through 6 weeks

  • Emotional support through the transition of bringing home a new baby

  • Referrals for any other needs

Sometimes the the options feel daunting or sometimes we want clarification on what it might look like and what the implications can be. Coming up with a birth plan can help you feel more informed and empowered in your birth.
